Which cpu fan to pick?

This is my specs:
procy: AMD A10-6800k
mobo: Gigabyte F2a75m-d3h
ram: 1x4 GB Ripjawx 1600mhz (but will probably upgrade to this in the near future http://www.gskill.com/en/product/f3-17000cl9d-8gbxm)
case: Inwin Matx Dragon Slayer
fan cases:
4 Deepcool Ice Blade 120mm (side fans) (all intake)
2 Cougar Dual-X CF D14HB 140mm Blue (top and front) (intake-front, exhaust-top)
1 92mm stock fan (rear) (exhaust)
1 80mm stock fan (hdd fan)

Okay, so yeah, I filled all the fans slot even if its unneeded, mostly due to my OCD when I'm seeing an open slot in my case. And I'm just dazzled by the fan's LEDs.

My dilemma now is, I overlooked my cpu, and im still running with the stock fan. And when i checked the bios, the temp climbs up to 79-80C which is i think very hot, considering all those fans I put into the case. The problem is I don't know which fan to pick that will fit the case without removing any of the fans on the side. Also i would like to know if putting in a tower fan like this http://www.tipidpc.com/viewitem.php?iid=32651998 or this http://www.tipidpc.com/viewitem.php?iid=32638391 would distrupt the airflow inside (if i put it in the position that it will blow air at the rear). If yes, then should I just go with the standard orientation (something like this http://www.tipidpc.com/viewitem.php?iid=32638406)?

Also, will those fans give me any trouble in upgrading to this ram http://www.gskill.com/en/product/f3-17000cl9d-8gbxm because i think it's very tall (40mm) and it may hinder me from using some ram slots.

Another thing, I'm not actually into overclocking.

Thanks in advance! Btw, my budget for the cpu fan is ~20-30$ if you have other fans to suggest.

Solution
It doesn't come with pre-applied Thermal paste, but it does come with a small tube of paste.
The best way to apply thermal paste is to put a pea-sized drop in the middle of the CPU and then spread the paste with a card of some sort.Make sure that the edges of the card are clean.Make sure you don't go all the way to the edges when speading the paste. Then you can apply the 212. You should change the paste every 4-6 months.I would also suggest buying some aftermarket thermal paste, like Arctic Silver 5 or Arctic Silver MX4.
I have my 212 facing towards the GPU.But since you don't have one, then towards the slot for the GPU.
I sent you a PM saying what to do if the 212 EVO doesn't fit,But I'm 99% sure it will because the 212 EVO is 6.3" tall...
Even without removing your side fans.
And even if it doesn't fit, just remove one of the fans on the side of the case. You have 8 fans which is more than enough even for a high end gaming PC.One fan less shouldn't be a problem. ;)
All the best. ;)

Which direction should I put it? Blowing air to the the rear? Since I have no video card.

A little off topic, but if I buy CM Hyper 212 Evo, should I buy a thermal paste? or it come with a pre-applied one?
