If the CPU is getting over 70C then it'll start to slow down. Make sure the cooler is working properly. Blow the dust out of the case with compressed air.

Thta's all right, we'll do the thinking for you.

Use your bios/uefi to get cpu temps - at idle and while editing. Post them.

Then Blow the dust out of the case with compressed air.

Could you link the DMP file generated right after your(s) BSODs? Either in your windows folder or in \windows\minidump folder (depends what option you've chosen for the dump file size)

According to the spesc - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... - it won't work with your mobo - AM3+

I went and got a air duster and dusted, it the heat reduced
but the computer still wouldnt start it would get stuck on starting windows and then stuck on loading repair files loading bar
, i went in and change the sata ports of the hard drive and that seem to solve the problem? any idea why this happened, and will the ram still be worth it

It won't boot into windows if you change the drive around to different sata ports.

I can't open rar files

it still boots windows but when it freezes or crashes the only way to fix is to move the ports
