R9 280x _ fx 8350 4.5ghz bottleneck in ArmA 3

There is a possibility to do bottleneck my fx8350 4.5ghz oc with my R9 280x?? Because in ArmA3
my gpu isnt go 100%usage on ultra settings and do lags and fractures and im forced to play in lower graphics....

Knows someone what is going on??

ARMA 3 is a pretty heavy game.

Not sure how accurate this benchmark is, but according to it, it's going to struggle with most GPUs...
(http://www.techspot.com/review/712-arma-3-benchmarks/page4.html) << the r9 280x is equivalent to the HD 7970 Ghz edition I believe. Looks better optimized for nVidia.
