Help me about monitor for gaming

I have GTX 750 Ti 2Gb ddr5
my budget is $100-$150
i want 22"-24"
i play CS:go, COD, BF4 and watchdogs

can you suggest one

and what are the difference of 2ms and 5ms?, is it big deal to consider 2ms?

what is my ideal contrast ratio?
can i notice the difference of 1k:1 and 1M:1?

There is a bit difference depending on what game you play.

I quote this:
It's a pretty big difference moving from a 16ms monitor, but not so much between 2 and 5, I don't know what your budget is, but if you can afford one, BenQ monitors are the MLG monitor of choice, and owning one myself, I absolutely love them. If you're big into tweitch based games, getting a 120Hz monitor is a good idea too, it will give you a noticable advantage in games.

BenQ XL2420T This is what I would recommend, although for 8 dollars more you could get the 2720T, which is what I have. Expensive, but worth it.

Get a monitor from either Asus, BenQ, AOC or Viewsonic in my opinion.

In ranking order in terms if price and gaming performance

Hanns, AOC then Asus.

If you can afford the AOC it is worth considering for the long run. It has 2ms respond rate and a 144MHz refresh rate which is an excellent choice to play a noticeable of 144FPS and above.

I really like the AOC but it draws 40w
LCD cost more electricity, our family is very aware from big bills
but if additional 10w from those ASUS and HANNS-G will not be a big deal i may consider it

All the best then. :D

Is additional 10w a big deal?

Not at all your PSU should be able to handle it.
