Recently I just swapped my PC to a new case. All my parts are fine and everything. I know my PC works, but it keeps booting to the bios screen then turns off and boots again to the bios screen. I have all hard drives and components plugged in
Correctly. Every single time it does this I hit F11 and I have to manually change the boot device to
The hard drive. Any way of fixing this? I need my computer to start up ASAP to the windows screen.

Solution
Rather than just manually selecting the boot device have you changed boot order in the BIOS so that the HDD is always first?

You could try plugging the HDD into a different sata port on your motherboard and at the same time check all the plugs are secure.

It seems likely that your windows installation has become corrupted and needs reinstalling. Did you back it up? Do you have a Windows disk? Try a "repair" installation using the disk first and see if that helps.
