Well, that's pretty old indeed...
I think you can play VERY light pixel-based games, or some RPG Maker games.
Old DOS games (I suppose you got XP or older on that; if not, you require DOSbox) and retrogaming are also a viable choice.

Anything else slightly newer could run on low under 256mb vram, but I wouldn't expect much.

We can suggest what, for us, are good games. Your tastes will obviously differ...

I, for one, would hate playing at anything below 50fps on a pc unless it was supposed to be so, be it old or new, and the only games I like amongst the ones you mentioned are half life 2 and mw2. The others are plain rubbish for me, but may be treasures for others. That doesn't make them bad games either.

Retrogaming has the potential to essentially work on almost any system, and some of the games it offers, for me, are worth playing ten times over most modern ones. I'd gladly give up an hour of Crysis 3 for an hour of Parodius, Pocky & Rocky or Rudra no Hihou, to name a relatively unknown gem...

It's only normal for your tastes to differ, but it doesn't necessarily mean they're bad games :)
