I have been a PC gamer for 2 years now and want to build my own gaming pc. Now, I know that the specs I am about to tell you guys are insane and unnecessary overkill; but I want my rig to last for another 9 to 10 years without upgrading anything.
My Specs :

Case : Cooler master CM 690 Chasis
Motherboard : ASUS Rampage gene LGA2011
CPU : Intel Core i7 4820k 3.7 GHz
RAM : 32 GB (4 x 8) Corsair Dominator Platinum 2666 MHz
GPU : 4 x Nvidia Geforce TITAN black superclocked 6 GB each = 24 GB Vram
SSD : 1.2 TB (2 x Intel S3500 600 GB SATA III)
HDD : 24 TB (4 x Seagate 6 TB 7200 RPM)
Sound Card : ASUS Essence STX II 7.1
Power Supply : Not yet decided (Can you guys suggest me one ??)

What I wanted to ask u guys is, in order to run this system for the next 9 to 10 years will I ever need to overclock it (the CPU or the GPU) ???
And what type of cooling will I need depending on weather I need to OC it or not ???
If I need water cooling, then which type ??? And if I don't, then how many fans/Radiators will I need ???
Also, I am extremely concerned about using water cooling as I am buying some extremely expensive components and dont want them to get damaged cause of leaking.
