That is a very high quality PSU, and it can easily deliver its rated wattage. 2 x GTX760 + CPU (approximate)+ rest of the build (approximate): 2 x 170W + 100W + 100W = 540W. The PSU should always be 50-100W overkill since running it at 100% is bad for it. That leaves you with over 100W of overclocking headroom, which is more than enough for a slight CPU overclock.
