Hello,so I have an oem version of windows 8 and I am planning on building a new pc, this includes a new motherboard and I would like to use my old hard drive that has windows 8 installed on it but I heard the oem version is tied to one motherboard, is this true for windows 8? Can I use my old windows 8 in a new system? If so will I have to reinstall everything? Thank you
