Ram Decreased from 6gb to 4gb!

Hi!I have a really big problem,is about my ram.first time I had 6gb but now I have like 4gb!please don't tell me it's dead!I need answer very fast!

Sorry buddy but it sounds like one of your RAM cards croaked. Same thing happened to me a while back. i bought 8gbs of Corsair Vengeance. i am very pleased with this RAM card. Actually It doesn't smell burned or something! Sometimes I hit the tower with my leg It's possible to fall down or something?

I know!But When I first Installed Windows 7 32 bits,It's showed me 6gb ram not 4gb like now,And I Installed a software and first slot works and second is blank nothing showing :(

I hope you are right! :( I will try to install 64 bits and see it will work!But if doesn't work,Do you know what's best ram.I need more than 6gb! I have I5-3350P,gtx 650 1gb
