I'm wondering, would I be able to crossfire these?
CPU: FX 9370 No OC
GPU: Currently one XFX R9 280X, but wanting two
PSU: Fractal Design Integra R2 750W

Yes i know that it is recommended to have 220+250+250=720 watts, but the system only draws that amount of power when I'm like... Benchmarking? Or am I completely wrong?

no you are not completely wrong but why take the risk you have also other components like mobo ,hdd etc they will aslo use 50 - 100 watt ,so i would not risk my system for a psu.
U have a powerful pc so get a powerful PSU i will say go with EVGA G2 1000 watt comes with 10 yrs of warranty and is a really good quality product.
