Sandisk Solid State Drive 128GB 2.5" Solid State Drive

Seagate 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Hybrid Internal Hard Drive

Gigabyte GeForce GTX 760 4GB WINDFORCE Video Card

Thermaltake Core V71 ATX Full Tower Case

EVGA 750W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (OEM) (64-bit)

everything looks great, might be better to get a lower priced CPU cooler and get a better GPU 770 or 280X.

Every thing seems to be fine but for moderate rendering and stuff like that intel i5 4440 is also good enough, why go for a huge budget....?
Plus if u are going for overclocking then you should know that even water cooler can't keep ur mentioned CPU cool even at stock speeds...so have an eye on that too.....:)

If u use an intel processor without overclocking it's stock cooler or cooler included with ur processor is good enough to keep its temp. Cool.....

if its just a gaming build then there is always the option of dropping the cpu for a cheaper 1 and using the money saved to increase gpu horsepower.
as mentioned so may be worth considering. although the 1 you picked wont need upgrading at all, while something lower end that doesnt have hyperthreading may.(depends how the consoles affect this next gens game development)
