why can't i open my email,iv'e always been able too untill 2 days ago

Wow, so much information there I dont know where to start.
Serriously though, in detai what is going on. At what point does it not do what it is supposed to?
Can you log in to hotmail at all?
Can you see your list of emails but not open them?
Have you recently had viruses or scaned for viruses?
Have you done any diagnosing/troubleshooting at all?
Have you checked to make sure you can access other websites?
