Going from memory, hope I don't have any specs wrong.

2330 / 333MHz = 7x CPU multiplier. 3000 / 7 = 429FSB. The big problem here is your ram. 429 x 2 = 858, which 533MHz ram isn't likely to hit. So you'll need to lock the ram multiplier to 1:2(? or is that 2:1, can't remember.) and run the ram WAY underspec. The chip and board should be able to do this, but that slow ram is going to hold you back a lot.

And the PSU isn't good, but I'm assuming you know that.

the memroy divider is set to 2.1 ...do you think i should just leave the 2x 2gb 667 in and remove the 533mhz ram sticks ... yeah im aware off the psu but it will have to do for the time being .. also will i see a perfomance increase going from 2.33ghz to 3ghz or is it not worth the hassle

Depends on what you use it for. 4GBs of DDR2 @667 isn't the end of the world. Can try it both ways and see which is better. I'm not sure 667 can hit 858MHz either. If you drop the CL down a notch or two it probably can. Again, you'll have to try it both ways and see what works for you.
