First of.. this is my first ever CPU overlock...
Specs:-
AMD FX 6300
ASUS M5A99X EVO R2.0
Kingston HyperX Fury 8GB 100Mhz Single Channel
1TB Seagate Barracuda (Standard one, yeah!)
GIGABYTE GTX 650Ti 2GB OC Version
FSP Raider 650W 80+ Silver
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

Kinda scared for overclocking.. But I guess it ain't a big thing isn't it? Right? :/

I found out it wasn't that hard by watching JayzTwoCents Guide:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MckeAmnDeTk

So, are my specs good enough?

Thanks :)

Sorry been busy working long hours for awhile now but just got time to watch that video and it is pretty informative and will help you get started. Don't expect to get as much of a gain since they're on water cooling and take nice baby steps and you won't have any issues.

The easiest way to OC the FX CPUs is by changing the multiplier, don't mess with the base clock and those things.
Don't know the brand of your PSU, hopefully it will handle the increase of power.

You may also use the AMD overdrive software to do it.

What Brunostako said last is easiest quick and easy for initial base that will be solid and you can go from there. The one problem you will have though is your PSU possibly if you try and push it to much it may cause shut downs etc.. Check out this link it shows makes/models of PSUs and puts them in tiers and explains what each tier is quality wise etc. That would be my biggest concern it has the watts but not the quality yours is in tier four.

But it says on the website that it's SLI and Overclock proof :/ .. so I should be able to overclock it right?
Won't be over clocking so much but some reasonable amount. So say 4.2-4.3 GHz? Is fine? BlacksunKing?

It may work fine but if you do have problems you'll know where to start looking at and you have plenty of power there so that may help. Here is the tier that the PSU is ranked in after they researched a lot f PSU makes and models on this site. "Tier four - Not for overclocking systems or high end gaming rigs. May not even output labeled power and fail standard ATX specifications slightly. May even use cheap components to meet a price"
It has good user reviews on other sites I just wanted you to be aware and if have problems can easily solve any possible issues is all. Good luck and enjoy getting the most out of your system it's easier then most think especially doing minor OCing and not shooting for the moon. Asus boards have good design and work well for it I've used them for doing what you're looking to do multiple times and most have protections in place to keep from damaging components as long as you don't up voltage a bunch.
