Within the last 2 weeks my FPS on all games have gone very choppy. I have intel hd 3000 graphics however I used to be able to run quite a lot of games.

Now for no reason my FPS on ALL games has gone choppy, even on games that I used to be able to run with ease.

Here is my DxDiag: http://pastebin.com/BEVtmWmT

Thanks in advance

Onboard graphics share memory with the system. Do you have anything running in the background that could be affecting it? Sometimes real time scanning from virus scanners, or running torrent programs in the background can cause this.

your playing games on HD 3000 integrated graphics? if you have money to spare i would get decent video card while hd 30000 can play games if you play enough games a good video card would help even more.
If your loosing FPS there usually is a reason:
1) possible cpu/apu overheating check your cpu fan is clear of dust and is spinning, possible thermal paste is dried out causing heat levels to rise and cpu to throttle thus loss of fps.
2) Hard drive is extremely fragmented causing thrashing try running auslogics disk defragger.
3) malware/rootkit/bootkit can effect fps in games try roguekiller, adwcleaner, jrt found at bleeping computer.
4) corrupted video driver can have fps loss trying uninstalling video driver and installed the newest one.
5) multiple AV this can cause major fps loss it is best to only have one installed.
List your games it may be a network problem if they are online games.

Well, Earlier today I factory restored my laptop so it shouldn't be fragmented. I do have another monitor however I have had that for a long time (whilst my games worked). Will clean out fan/vents later as unable to do so now.

After you did the factory restore did you reinstall the latest drivers for your video?

Ok so it's a laptop well you factory restored and it is still choppy? yea chances are your fan might have a dust plugs between fan and heatsink fins.
Heat would cause it to be choppy common problem in laptops chances are heatsink paste is prob rock hard if it was overheating using a good cooling pad can help forcing air through the heat vents underneath.

Cleaned out all vents, seems to be working better than before!
Thanks!
