i have a i5 3570k and CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9 2x4GB and i was wondering if i set it to "enable" this opcion i will have a better performance overall ?? coz im new i this memory inteleaving thing

Intel claims that memory interleaving improves performance. The theory does back this up a bit, but how much so is hard to determine.

My suggestion would be to enable it as that is Intel's recommended setting.
