Well Since the game is not out yet it is hard to tell how it is going to run on PCs. It is using Cryengine 3 so i would be surprised if the game was not at least a bit optimized at launch so the recommended specs is a good way to gauge based on that predication.
CPU Core 2 Duo E7600(3.06GHz/ AMD Athlon II 270(3.4Ghz) GPU GTX 260/ HD 6670 4GB RAM win 7/8 64bit about 30GB of HDD space. so roughly this is what kind of power the game needs. I really wish they used newer models on these. Core 2...Athlon II ...ok. I Digress You do not need s best to run this game smoothly, apparently. So Just to be safe, and these parts are for this game alone more or less.
AMD FX 4350 or Intel i3 4130/4150*
GTX 750 Ti/ R7 270
8GB of Memory. 2x4GB of at least 1600MHz...that is just standard now.

* CPU choice can a few things. Intel you really have 2 good value choices. You can get the i3 4130 and get a cheaper Motherboard or get the Pentium g3258 and gte a Z97 Chipset MB and OC it...let me know if you even want to see listings

Later in future you can get some more fans for the case, this only comes with one 140mm intake and one 120mm exhaust. Also on the side note it is not guaranteed that you will find all the stuff on this build in Philippines.

Its good except for one thing. Don't get a Toshiba hard drive, get something like Seagate or Western Digital hard drive they are much reliable. Everything else looks good

You selected the wrong CPU. Get the i5-4590 instead of the i7-4790K. Big price diferrence there.

I would also drop the SSD to save some money. It's far from needed.

If you want to make this $300 cheaper, drop that CPU and get a Core i5 4590, No SSD, just a 1TB Seagate or Western Digital hard drive, For the CPU cooler get something like a cooler master 212 Evo, and drop the R9 290, get a GTX 770. That should put you around, $1100-$1200

I do not know what taxes are like in other countries so when you say $1000 for a build really there are other factors you may need to value in. before tax and shipping in most parts of canada, roughly the i5 4590 and GTX 770 are going to be almost $700 when tax and shipping is included. And I would sooner buy from a trusted retailer i know than one that is cheaper but do not know
http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/parts/partlist/ so tack on 15% tax and variable shipping rates.
Note U.S. prices are cheaper though the exchange rate is slightly less than 1:1...Things to think of.

Yes, probably because it is quite old, has a lot of programs, and maybe your video card is the bottleneck.

A new i5 will be fast for years to come with just about anything you can throw on it. I imagine that an i5 is more than enough for you for years to come.

Yeah, definitely your graphics card is the bottleneck for games, your i5 probably is perfectly fine. Do you know the exact model of the i5?

You may just be able to upgrade your CPU and graphics card only for $250 or so and have a pretty sizeable upgrade to your computer, no need for a whole system update. Do you know the other components, like the motherboard, power supply, and again, the exact CPU model?

Okay, that's a dual core. You can upgrade to something like this:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Intel-SLBJG-i7-870-2-93GHz-8M-0...

Double the cores, (4 cores) and double the threads (8 threads).

Then upgrade to an R9 270X, and you will have a decent gaming box that is definitely starting to hit the ceiling a little bit on the CPU side, but a very good upgrade for just $300 total.

And get yourself a better power supply too if you want to do that.

Oh crap, just remembered you are in the Phillipines. That throws a wrench into getting a second hand CPU... tell me what you think of that $300 plan I gave you. You probably just will want to spend $1000 on a completely new build.

thank you for your help may be i shuold pick i5 thing.. but my pc right now that i use is i5 too? but it run so slow? bcause its old or what?

Yes, probably because it is quite old, has a lot of programs, and maybe your video card is the bottleneck.

A new i5 will be fast for years to come with just about anything you can throw on it. I imagine that an i5 is more than enough for you for years to come.

my gpu is 9800gt
and its so old may be this is the latest gpu 5 years ago ..

I still have my 8800GT, and it can still play Crysis on low-Med settings lol

may pc is too lag to play dota 2 hahahhahah .... sad may be its too old?

To think that the 8800GT and 9800GT used to cost $700 when they first came out lol

Close, Your thinking of the 8800GTX. Also 7800GTX was quite expensive as well. But the 8800GTX (2006) was Nvidia's Flagship for the Tesla aka "G80" Architecture Though the 8800GT(G92) nearly identical in specs and performance came in around $200-$250

Just a bit of useless information that is now cluttering other minds.
