Obviously the AMD rig is cheaper but only by about £70

These are both put together with a system configurator from a UK company and I could not build either cheaper. I also have neither the time or motivation to do so. I should also mention that as a photographer the bulk of my work is on still photography but I have projects that include video and I can see it will go to make up a higher percentage of my work load in future.
