I Think My Motherboard Might Be Going Bad

I have an Asrock 880g Pro3 motherboard and I've started to notice that certain things are not working anymore. Sound through the green port on the back no longer works and I can't get the front usb ports to work anymore no matter where I plug the wires into the motherboard. The only way I can get sound is through my hdmi port on my graphics card. I've also noticed that even at stock speed in prime95 the CPU sensor on the motherboard goes up to 60c and my CPU throttles every 30 seconds or so. I believe this is heat from mosfets. The heat seems to radiate toward the front of my case and it makes my room hot after a while. My core temps never reach 50c on the CPU though.

Solution
Download HWinfo or a similar utility and run sensors. Post screenshots of the temp readings for the cpu and motherboard or whatever will fit on the screen. Voltages would be nice too. It might take multiple screen shots.
