I'm getting ready to build a render box featuring the AMD FX-8320 cpu. The Configuration that I'm looking at involves that CPU and 8GB of RAM with a 30 GB SSD Hard Drive that I"m intending to use as a Cinema 4D Team Render Client. I want to keep the cost low, but allow for the CPU to have good Power to it. These boards aren't going to be hooked up to a monitor, so they're going to be setup just for rendering. My first urge is to go out and buy a 750W hard drive, but the frugal part of me thinks that's overkill for it's intended purpose. What do you guys think the minimum Power supply for a setup like this should be?
