Should I wait? (GTX 880, 8 Core Intel, DDR4)

Hello,

Will GTX 880, 8 Core Intel and DDR4 Memory be out by June 2015 because that was about when I was wanting to build a PC and was just wondering if I should maybe wait till all that comes out.

Having an 8 core CPU isn't really going to do much - most games really only use two. Plus the cost of these processors is so absurdly high right now that it's not easy to justify buying an i7-5960X. Sure they'll come down in price and I'm predicting that post Broadwell we'll start seeing hex core Intels for mainstream desktop PCs at an affordable price.
