If you aren't looking to overclock now or in the future, the Xeon E3-1230V3 is also a good choice for $249. Depends on your motherboard, if you're gonna buy one i'd go for z97 and i5-4670k (overclock) or simple i5-4670. I don't know what is all this fuss around i5-4690k, gets much warmer than 4670k, and consumes more (w), technically i5-4690k it's the same chip as 4670k but with slightly bigger overclock rate .

The CPU can do it but your GPU will be your limiting factor. The 770 should be able to handle most games at maximum settings at 1080p.
All cpus you listed paired with gtx 770 can run every game right now maxed out at 1080p, except crysis3. Id chose the I5 since you are going to game only, if you are going to do render or vid editing you can go Xeon E3-1230V3 or i7, the xeon having similar performance but being cheaper cause doesnt have integrated gpu.
