Yes it does but that's not something that will bother you as if it doesn't support it then the RAM will run natively at a lower frequency , well in fact regardless of the CPU it will run natively at...
Its indeed but some of the parts are unneeded , You don't need liquid cooling , the PSU is bad .

However for that price you can take the HDD , Case , CPU , Motherboard and RAM . The rest won't be used ( at least for now , like the liquid cooling isn't worth it on this CPU but you could use it at a later point , the PSU you can put it in the nearest garbage can )

Then add a R9 270 and EVGA 500B PSU and you're good to go , Very solid Build !

Yes it does but that's not something that will bother you as if it doesn't support it then the RAM will run natively at a lower frequency , well in fact regardless of the CPU it will run natively at 1333mhz until you overclock it
