I left my PC a couple of days ago when I went to sleep. Woke up to this. (https://www.dropbox.com/s/wmkakj032txpme9/2014-08-24%20...). Didn't think much of it, so I continued on with life. When I was playing a game my PC just turned off instantly in the middle of it but nothing else in my room was affected. Now when I try to play video games or even benchmark my GPU it just shuts down instantly. Low-load task like watching videos or chatting with friends doesn't seem to turn off my PC automatically and I see no image artifacting or whatever anywhere. Is my GPU f <<edited for inappropriate language>>?

I tried with my older GTX 550 Ti and it works fine. Maybe it's a PSU issue? I will check that later when I have access to another PSU.

I think the GPU is starting to go out. It could be shorting out, hence the BSOD and random shutdowns.

that is not a windows bugcheck. it is from the BIOS. I would try to clear the BIOS and reset it to defaults. You might have to remove the battey backup.
You should look in your motherboard manual to see how to reset the BIOS in the case it can not boot to BIOS. Some have buttons to press on the motherboard or maybe jumpers to set.

if it is not a corrupted BIOS (or incorrect overclock) I would be looking for a failure on one of the power feeds to the motherboard. some motherboard will give out a beep code to help you figure out the problem
