integrated graphics question

Solution
That's a good question. But since Kaveri's GPU has access to the entire amount of system memory (hUMA) and uses it for more than just graphics computation, I imagine the limit would be whatever the motherboard's limit is. And since the on-die GPU shares system memory for its VRAM, you will want to use the fastest memory the Kaveri can utilize; DDR3-2133 MHz
