PC still making high pitch whine noise after the PSU and graphics card were replaced

A couple of weeks ago my computer started to make a high pitch whining noise. Its not a high pitch whirling/blender noise I see on peoples YouTube videos about coil whine. It sounds like a car with really bad brakes, or really bad feedback from a mic and speakers.

Curious as to what it could be I Googled my issue and read on forums posted here that it's coil whine from either one of two things, my power supply going bad or my graphics card going bad. I bought my Computer case with a built in 480W PSU and decided it would be best to upgrade it with a trusted brand, so I bought a Rosewill Capstone 750W. I also decided to upgrade my graphics card while I'm at it and went from an EVGA GTX 650 to an EVGA GTX 760.

Once I had everything swapped out and running the noise still persisted but less frequently. It only happens for a split second or 3 seconds at longest and then dies down. Before the swap when I played graphically demanding games my entire computer would freeze in game repeating the game audio like a skipping record while the high pitched noise blared until it stopped freezing. It hasn't done this since I replaced my GPU and PSU, but the noise still happens from time to time.

The last thing I can think it would be is from my CPU fan, other than that I'm out of ideas.

So do you just tolerate the noise or did you replace whatever you thought was making the high pitch whine?

Hm i kinda got used to it.
Try to take the hdd of and start up the pc ( it will go to bios cause cant recognize hdd). If you keep hearing the noise its not the hdd. I did that and discovered that was my hdd. I did not replace cause i wanted a ssd and i usually use headphones so its tolerable and almost unhearable
