Hi I downloaded a windows 7 iso. I successfully used the windows 7 usb tool from microsoft and used the iso to create windows 7 on an sd card. My machine is currently running windows 8 :( I want to use the usb to get the windows 7. How do I do that? I know you have to go to bios, and all that but what changes to I need to make for windows 7 to but from the sd card? My computer is a HP desktop with bios version 2.15.1227. Thanks.

I don't have a dvd. All I know is I saved the files to an sd card which is called "removable drive E" I have tried to change the boot order. I know a certain one has to be on the top for uefi boot, and legacy boot. I've tried putting usb floppy/disc, usb hard drive on the top but it doesn't seem to work

Edit: I think I know what it is. An SD card is not a USB. I think I need a flash drive instead.
