Will this graphics card run well with my processor?

That GPU is quite a bit stronger than your CPU. In other words, the CPU will be holding back the performance of the GPU in multi-threaded games(any game using more than one core). That is a very high performance graphics card. I would recommend using at the minimum of a AMD FX-6300. Preferably an FX-8350 or Intel i5 4670K. But you will need to buy a new motherboard to go with any of those options...and the 6300 plus mobo would be the most cost effective.
