Hello tomshardware.com i'm having a problem with my PC lately.
My PC randomly freezes when i start playing any PC game.
Sometimes i'm able to play 7 hours without stopping and i can live stream CS:GO at 720p 60 FPS for the live stream while i'm playing at 100 or more FPS
For some reason, sometimes when i turn the PC on and start playing, my PC randomly freezes (no mouse cursor moving and keyboard numlock and CAPSLOCK are unable) it's kinda of a bipolar machine.
Even google chrome is freezing my PC but i can use google chrome if windows its in safe mode

I think my PC temps are good but i can post a HWMonitor screenshot if anyone needs it

I tried re install windows 7 twice without the .OLD folder (Clean install) and the PC was good for a couple days (like 3 or 4 days) and some days later it starts freezing again without BSOD.

Do you guys think this is a Hardware problem or a software problem like bugged drivers or something?

This problem is driving me crazy because i used to play CS:GO all day and Night (Alot of steam hours) and from one day to another i cant play :(

HELP PLZ!

I've done everything as you said and every step as you said but my PC still shuting down for no reason
After waiting some time after the freezing and rebooted the pc it shows a message fom windows saying that the windows had a problem and it had a button to "check for solution" but after i press that nothing happens.

I pressed the button details on that messagebox and this are the details.

Thanks alot profkefah as u said i installed the sensorview and in the HWMonitor my CPU was 28Cº with is very good but at the same time strange because is too low for a 8core cpu 4.0ghz

in HWMonitor my CPU Temp was 28cº and in snsorview was above 100 and not stable
When i opened my pc to check if everything is ok i tried to remove the CPU cooler and it was so hard to remove that when i pushed it a little more the cooler brought the CPU attached to the heatsink of the cooler

My CPU is brand new (like 15 days or something) and tomorrow i will send it back to the manufacture (AMD) and see if they can trade for another one

Now with all the same Hardware as i wrote above except the CPU im playing without any problem and its very stable

Thanks alot Profkefah u really helped me and dedicated alot of time trying to solve my problem
Really man thanks alot for your help
Choose it as best solution

Have a nice day

PS: When they give me another and new AMD CPU i will post if its stable again :)
