As he title may be confusing...i recieved today my laptop and i was excited when i suddenly noticed that something hold back it's power, i check the WEI and there was ram ration 5.4 which was wierd even if it was only one 4gb card of ram installed. I run he Cpu Z program and i reliezed that the ram was clocked at 800mhz and wasnt dual channel.

That means it actually runs 800mhz?(which means is very slow?) If yes what can i do now? How can i find the same ram card to pair without have to buy both ram?

800 is the true freq of the DRAM, since this is DDR (DOUBLE data rate) then you take true (800) x 2 = effective (1600) so you look to be spot on with your 1600 DRAM

Thats what i was going to say haha but i couldnt remember how Cpuz reads ram speed, thats why i asked print haha :)
Op to get another ram stick to pair, you have to get the same brand, size(4gb), speed(1600mhz) , voltage, and latency
