corsair is a good brand. but i am not too sure of the CX line, i think i have read somewhere that they encounter issues (i can be wrong though)
they don't make their own psu, but some of their models are made by seasonic (they manufacture psu) and these are one of the best to have, you can buy seasonic, xfx is also good i heard.
i own a seasonic x760 gold psu
for the ram, get at least a 1600 (not a 1333), though 1866 is ok also (the rest are not necessary and more expensive i think)

also, i am a bit rusty (i dont read as much when i don't plan to upgrade) but i think a b75 cannot overclock a "k", maybe it can i am not too sure. however, your best bet would ba a z87/z97. The features are worth it.

another thing, not too sure of the quality of CX psu (despite being a corsair), i think i have heard issues on those. I may be wrong, but worth a few google to see. get xfx or seasonic, but that's just me

can i use CX models anyway.... is it risky..
i dont want to buy too expensive PSU because all components are over 750€ (almost 987 in dollars)
i dont want to spend too much money on this

seasonic carry 5yrs (if not 7) warranty. that alone speaks quality. PSU is very important, it is often overlooked.

i am not saying that CX is bad, im suggesting that you google something like "...CX issues" or check other similar priced psu. but if you don't find major failures in the CX, then at least you have a peace of mind, as i have said, i may be wrong
