i think you will need higher frame buffer if you will go 4k.
i am not aware of the psu brand. but if you know it well, go for it. personally i like seasonic

That original build wont get anywhere near playable FPS on 4k. The 2GB of vram will be limiting, even more so in SLI on a 760.
A 780Ti/R9 290x will run ultra 4k no AA at 26-30 FPS. 780Ti SLI and 290x Xfire will get closer to 60, but wont hit 60.

personally i would wait until 4k gets mainstream. this includes single gpu's powerful enough. and i'm not talking about $600 gpu's, maybe 400 range

The PSU in the original build is also junk. Change it for an XFX, Seasonic, Antec unit.

If you want high, let alone ultra settings at 4k, you need to be looking at 780s in SLI, or better yet, 290x's in CF.

SLI 760s will barely run at low at 4k
