In my bios, when I go to boot order, I have these options:

USB hard drive
USB floppy/cd
Windows Boot manager

I want to load files, to bios. I already tried an SD card and my bios doesn't support. Would getting an 8 GB flash drive be considered hard drive? Could I boot from it? I need so much help. I've literally spent all day trying to boot my sd card to bios.

Solution
the best thing to do is change the boot order to Windows as primary this will keep your usb flash drive from loading as the Operating System file, unless what these other guys are suggesting is correct, that you WANT to load bios from a flash drive to start your system, but I think it's probably more along the lines of wanting to use a Flash drive as external RAM? Either way if you boot the system with a Flash/Thumb Drive connected you will excperience this issue in most Windows PC's not sure about Mac as it uses a different OS unless you tell the BIOS to load windows THEN your flash drive in that order

Sorry it to me longer to respond. So what you're saying is if I format the disk partition in command prompt, save the Windows 7 files to a flash/thumb drive, and choose USB Hard drive from Bios boot order, it'll work?

I assume you're trying to install Windows 7 from a USB drive rather than the DVD? If so, you need the Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool:

You also need an ISO image of your Windows 7 installation disc.
