Admirable
Is only for gaming? First get an am3+ motherboard (970, 990 should do) I'd swap the fx8320, put a fx6300, and with that price difference you can take out the 750 ti and get a r9 280 instead. Also get a nice cpu cooler for overclocking (if you plan to) a cooler master 212 evo can do wonders.

Really depends on what sort of games you want to play, what your FPS goals are, and what sort of visual quality expectations you have.

FX chips are not particularly well suited to compute intensive multiplayer games if you have high FPS goals.
