Is this a GPU Bottleneck?

i have a e5400 OCed to 3.65Ghz
and paired with GTX 460 SE

when i play Tom Clancys Conviction SET to High

my processor is at 90%-100% and my GPU only use 50-75% is this a bottleneck ?

only if you are unable to play games at the settings you want. Something will always bottleneck eventually, even with an I7 and GTX780TI, but if games are playable for you before it hits 100% then no problem.
