Looks good, but I would avoid the h60 since you can get a 212 EVO for $35 and it will perform better. Since this is a locked CPU you really don't need an aftermarket cooler. If you don't plan to sli or crossfire you could also save money on the motherboard.

Well i play games on ultra, CPU temp runs at like 70 degrees and with the H60 runs at 43-52 degrees. So im pretty sure it helps alot. Also forgot to put i have 750W Corsair 80+ gold PSU. But yeah my PC runs really smooth. I have Black Scout 2 Mid tower case with red LED corsair 120mm AF fans.
