i have already got a case keyboard mouse and monitor, the only problem is i stopped following computers a few years ago and it seems that things have come a long way creating many options, i just don't have the know how or time to figure out the best configuration so if you could help me out i would greatly apreciate it. the games i will be wanting to play are World of Warcraft, Diablo 3, and destiny when it comes out. and once again my budget for this project is only about 500 to 600, i'm not too worried about playing on ultra settings as long as i can play medium settings without lag. thank you in advance if you are able to help me.

CPU Intel Core i3-4130 3.4GHz Dual-Core $118.97
CPU Cooler Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing $29.98
Motherboard Gigabyte GA-H97-D3H ATX LGA1150 $92.75
Memory G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 $76.50
Video Card EVGA GeForce GTX 760 2GB Dual Superclocked ACX $214.00
Power Supply Antec 620W ATX12V / EPS12V $66.99
Total: $599.19

I would keep the hdd, case, and dvd player and OS. But if you want to replace/get another item you will have to go a bit lower on the gpu. In that case, I will go for an AMD R280 instead of any nvidia card.

Edit: I guess the cpu fan isn't 100% necessary so you can take the savings from that to get replace/get another item.
