Looking like a solid system!

Couple of suggestions
1. Get the 4690K, the latest generation. They don't cost much more than the 4670K
2. Get a higher end power supply. The problem with the cheap ones is they provide erratic power causing system instability that is very hard to diagnose when it happens. Not only that but they tend to have a lack of circuit protection when they fail, and can take other parts out with them. You are building a high end gaming machine, get yourself a power supply to match the build. There is a really good list (link) that grades power supplies into a tier list. The one you are looking at, LSP, is considered a tier 5 PSU, and is not recommended for any system. When you are looking at the list, get one that is at least tier 2B or better. XFX puts out amazing power supplies that tend to be priced really well.

Build is solid. It will last you for 4-5 years easily. i5 4670k (Haswell) is good enough. You can overclock it to get more performance. Your mobo supports haswell refresh as well. I don't see any reason to change the CPU.

Graphics Card is GTX 780 DirectCU II. Very powerful gpu with loads of overclocking potential and less noise. Good choice there.

PSU: LSP?

What about RAM?

I agree the 4670k is a solid CPU, but why not get the latest generation? It's actually cheaper to buy the 4690K than the 4670K

1400 canadian dollars, the problem is i need an os and a mouse and a keyboard and a monitor and i just barely squeaked by on this build. Can i compromise on the ram a little so i can get a better psu and cpu, is tht a good idea???
I can always upgrade around christmas time cuz of the sales and i wil hav more money and stuff?

Keyboard and mouse are personal preferences. You may choose them accordingly. Check this build under your budget:
