Just get the cheapest one and overclock it yourself. Paying a premium for an overclock version is silly since they usually cost nearly as much as the next highest tiered graphics card.

Check the warranties and the perks between each. But, the 750ti is not that great of a card to begin with. There are much better for cheaper or just a few bucks more.

Whichever is cheaper, grab it. You can easily overclock the card yourself. Benefit with factory overclocked card is that it is tested for that speed and comes under warranty. If during overclocking at user's end, card is damaged, warranty will be void. For info purpose please.

The Zotac. Good reviews on Zotacs, BAD reviews on ASUS.

It would be helpful for OP if links to these reviews are posted as well. :)

Actually, contrary to the opinion above, most of the reviews I read on the ASUS card placed it high on the list of budget cards in the 100.00ish range. It's cooling system uses 2 fans instead of one like the Zotac card and is able to easily keep the card cool without the amount of noise that issues from the Zotac card when overclocked.

Again, in direct opposition to the above opinions, it's not automatically better to get a non-overclocked version due to the fact that overclocked versions already come with a cooling solution designed for the overclock setup on the card whereas the non-overclocked versions generally do not. Regarding the Zotac, PC magazine goes so far as to indicate that the Zotac card was "Soundly beaten by other cards in its category in almost all gaming tests. "

Here is one of the reviews on the ASUS card, and regarding the Zotac card, I couldn't even find a single reputable review aside from the PC magazine review of the card, in any version except the OC version which has a completely different setup aside from the pc board. That in itself indicates an unworthiness or perhaps it's an oversight, maybe even a lack of my investigative skills, but it's doubtful since I'm rarely unable to find meaningful information on any piece of relevant hardware.

Bro..... take a look at the forums itself. I hear and see SO much problems with ASUS cards, whether it be from artifacts to VRM problems. Never hear that from EVGA or Sapphire huh? And it's not that I hate ASUS. I actually have one of their m,motherboards, and recommend ASUS to a lot of people. Just their GPU's are very unreliable.

So, to clarify, which I usually do IN the original post if it applies, I don't personally own either of these cards and am simply making reference to the available information from various review sites and a general forum consensus, at least on this particular comparison. I myself don't have or use ASUS GPU cards although I highly use and recommend most of their other products.

I also take everything said in the forums, any forums, with a grain of salt. Usually I offer my own opinion, in this case I merely restated what I found elsewhere as you were wanting some links to reviews seemingly above opinions. No place in that post do you hear ME say the ASUS card is better, again, I made it clear that the statements I posted had come from PC magazine and elsewhere. If you guys feel that the ASUS card sucks, that's great.

Maybe it even does suck. But that wasn't the summary judgement I came away with from the three fairly trustworthy reviews of it I read and the threads I read related to it. Personally, I pretty much always go with Sapphire, XFX, Gigabyte or EVGA depending on what it's for, but in all fairness, for as many forum threads as you can show me saying ASUS cards suck, I'm sure I can do the opposite. That's just the way it is with opinions, even educated ones. Anyhow, to the OP, and I'm sure most here would agree, don't get either of those cards.

Honestly, in this cards category and for the money you might be better off going with this as it's the same price but has a much better reputation in general:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB Superclocked Video Card ($139.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $139.99
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available
Generated by PCPartPicker 2014-08-29 03:00 EDT-0400

Oh, and by the way, don't ever judge any product or believe anything that is based on reviews from Newegg. It's a great place to buy, but 99% of the reviews there are made by people who wouldn't know how to get into their own BIOS with the manual in front of them.
