What do these BSODs mean?

I cant exactly pinpoint when it happens because it happens a little bit differently everytime although i will say its mostly when i try to play something. Ive used bluescreenviewer to check whats crashing me but i cant find anything that works so far so i figured id try for some help here. I read on another website about the info that might be needed in order to help me so ive included my DMPs, msinfo32 summary, and my speccy snapshot in the zip file linked in dropbox. https://www.dropbox.com/s/dygu2bt9rpnodwv/Desktop.zip?dl=0
Any help would be greatly appreciated, i should mention its a fresh os install so im hoping its something silly and not some sort of hardware failure as some of the results ive found possibly point to memory leak of some kind, not sure if RAM or HDD related, but im looking forward to finding out. Also theres 5 or 6 DMPs in the zip file, but the most current 3 occured while using the Driver Verifier, Thanks!

verifier caught this driver doing bad things to your system
\SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\pneteth.sys Thu Nov 24 21:25:50 2011
PdaNet USB wireless tether
from http://www.junefabrics.com/

I would: update the CPU chipset drivers for your computer, and update the driver pneteth.sys or remove it.
I think the driver did not release locks on system resources and prevented other system drivers from gaining access. These other systems ended up bugchecking because they could not complete their actions in a reasonable time. tiworker = windows module installer could not install so it bugchecked after a while.

Thanks for the info! It might seem silly but do you have any idea where i can find my cpu chipset driver? I dont see it on the list of drivers on my MOBO's site. Also, the pdanet tether program works great on windows 7 i use the same installer and everything. Could this be a problem exclusive to windows 8/8.1? I checked the website and I have the most current version.

it could be that verifier detected a problem unrelated to the actual problem you are having.
I could not confirm the error because of the type of memory dump selected. I would remove the software and see if you still hit the probem.

google "AMD chipset drivers for windows 8" and see if you get a good link to a AMD download.

I hate to revive this but i figured out what was making me crash, or at least what i think was making me crash, I can't say for sure but it hasn't happened since i fixed this. After doing some more troubleshooting around the web someone mentioned updating my bios for my MOBO so i downloaded the latest bios and restarted my pc. Once into the bios i immediately noticed it was reading my cpu at 4.3 GHZ which is odd because i don't OC it as i don't have aftermarket cooling for it. Also it was reading my RAM at 1145 instead of 1333 so i thought that was odd too. I tried to change these things by resetting the bios to default settings but nothing worked so i just installed the update to the bios and that seemed to do it. All this makes sense to me because on almost all the forums i've been reading about this the first answer you mostly see is "If you're overclocking anything, stop immediately". I didn't pay attention to this before because, like i said, i don't OC mine atm. I just wanted to post this in case someone else came across this post with the same problem, but i guess this kinda raises another question.... Why would my MOBO overclock my CPU and underclock my RAM all by itself. Keep in mind this is a Fresh install of Windows 8.1. Thanks again TH!!

a lot of the early releases of motherboard will automatically overclock, they get better benchmarks when they are tested.
Later they update the BIOS because of all of the failures that customers get. The updates, tend to reduce the overclock and find tune the default voltages and improve the various memory timings.
