Hey guys. Im looking for a new video card since ive burned my Radeon HD 4860 and now am using my old Nvidia GeFore 8400 GS. I have a small budged so none of the Nvidia GTX Titan Z's please *wipes away tear*. Since i can BARELY play darksouls 2 on the lowest resolution, i want something thats even slightly better at the price of around 50$ or less :c
Here are some of the cards im thinking about right now:

2.http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127515

My pc specs are: Intel 2 Duo E8500 @3.16ghz CPU
Nvidia GeForce 8400GS GPU
Asus P5QL/EPU MOBO
4GB ram
Please help me out here

Solution
Nope nope, DDR3 & GDDR5 are different types of RAM. GDDR5 is significantly faster. Given that graphics cards are often limited by RAM throughput, the step up to GDDR5 RAM makes a very sizable difference. It's more expensive. You'll actually see 2GB DDR3 cards for less money than 1GB GDDR5 cards, but the latter are faster by a good margin. See the hierarchy chart I linked for the gap between them.

Your computer will be DDR3, but video cards have their own memory controllers, so you don't need the same memory type. Every half decent gaming machine will be rocking DDR3 Ram (or DDR4 when it comes out soon) and GDDR5 RAM in their video cards.

I used power color HD 6570 and managed to play skyrim on medium. Grid 2 was at 35 fps on high. It's only about 55 dollars so I recommend it. Got me though two years and still in working condition. I just use it since my new rig.

Thing is, starbucks doesnt excists in europe where i live, and all the parts are a bit more expensive then youd get buying one in the US.

Careful with the GT 730s. There are actually 3 different models (64bit GDDR5, 128 bit GDDR5 & 128bit DDR3) - they perform significantly differently - I've listed them in the performance order (yes, I know, the 64bit is actually faster, it's a different GPU).
If you can get a 64bit GDDR5 GT 730 for less than the 6570, then you're getting a better deal. But the other two models are actually slower than the 6570.

Here's a rough, but helpful chart for distinguishing GPU hierarchy. http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-graphics-card-review,3107-7.html

Thanks for the answer, but isnt GDDR/DDR the connection type? I was 99% sure that thats what it was and my cards are both DDR3
im asking just because in that case all the GDDR5 cards fall off.

thank you so much for your help. i decided to go with this: 724396 - MSI N630-2GB3 NVIDIA 2GB DDR3 VGA
even tough its DDR3 but its about 75$ where as most GDDR5 cards are over a 100$. and since beggars cant be choosers... unless you got a better sugestion?
