With this $640 computer, how much FPS on League would I get? The CPU will be oc to 4.5 GHz

Idk about the fps since I don't play the game. My r9 270x TOXIC with fx 6300 @4.3 gets 70 fps on high in Crysis 3. R9 280 for 200 dollars is an amazing price, I don't know of where you even found it. The card is really good, but the cpu doesn't really seems fit for it. Might have some bottlenecking.
