When I use Windows 8 on my GA-G41MT-S2P Motherboard the audio makes shuttering sounds.. this happens just on Windows 8. I tried put a PCI audio and do not work. Now I believe that problem is the storage onboard sata 2 of gigabyte. So I'm thinking about to buy a storage offboard and install on PCI-E X1. Someone know if this will solve the audio problem on Windows 8? I see a lot people complain about same audio problem on gigabytes mobos, but I am not sure if this will solve the problem. Someone have experience on this particular motherboard?

I think it's a driver issue. Windows 8 is not supported on that board model, meaning Gigabyte has not released any Windows 8 drivers for it: http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3743#dl
If you click on the down arrow for "Choose your OS", there is no Windows 8 in the menu.
