Recovery Partition in windows 8.1 64bit

Hi guys,
Is it possible to create a recovery partition in my Hard disk itself and recover laptop from it when ever anything wrong happens to windows. I have an installation disk and a key for windows
If possible please mention the required steps

usually that including use 3rd parties imaging/cloning/backup apps/soft..

Backup the whole OS partition into special/backup partition u have prepared
(I recommend in another drive/disk/external only used for backup since HDD fail will also destroy the backup)

not quite similar with factory recover but it save my ass a lot of time :D,

some tools/software are free (as a bonus) if u buy specific/some branded disk (WD & ADATA with acronis, etc..)
they tied up with the disk...
