Which Computer is best?

Solution
I would get the first build, but it does happen to be the most expensive one. Get rid of that Blu-ray drive, and spend $10 more to get the R9 280. The pentium just isn't a smart investment on a higher end gaming pc anymore. Dual cores are already falling behind and will continue to. The third build will get the most fps, but the FX 6300 will be crap for gaming, and I would totally spend more to get an i5. The best CPU/GPU combo in that price range would be an FX-8350/R9 280x or i5 4690k/R9 280.

Solution
Except for the PSU, I'd go for the FX6300 and GTX770 build.

But non of them seem to have a good balance betwenn GPU and CPU.
