when you turn on your computer, does the fan on the gpu spin? If not then the card could be dead. That happened to my R7950. I would try to reinserting the card just in case to see if maybe that helps. If the fans are spinning but your monitor doesnt display, then i would check the chord of my monitor to the gpu, it sometimes gets loose and could be the reason why you have no display on your monitor.

Ok so the cord is pretty secured in my graphics card but that's not the case it turns on everything sounds like its working but at the same time no display at all. I know my card its filled with power cause I have a 750w power supply.
Replaced adapter to my graphics card to VGA-DVI still nothing.
Can you still help :??:?

Just to make sure, is the monitor completely black or is the monitor on and it says no display. I've had this exact issue twice and both times it was either becaue i accidently turned off my monitor on the back or because the wire from my gpu to monitor was loose or the power from my monitor to an outlet was loose. Your gpu doesnt seem to be faulty though.
