What is my best upgrade?

I have a couple of choices.
1. Monitor: BenQ DL2215 90.95 euros
2. Mouse. Logitech G400s,Logitech G300 or Razer Deathadder 2013(The Razer and the G400s are around 70 euros,while the G300 is around 45 euros in my country.I found them all on ebay for $70(Razer),$54.25 (G400s) and $37.50 (G300) )
3. Keyboard. I don't know which of these are silent and for gaming. I really want a silent keyboard so my mom would stop complaining about how loud my keyboard is.Sorry for the foreign language,but you don't need to know it to tell me what I want. :p

Yes I was about to recommend the Logitech K740 or the Razer Deathstake or Blackwidow are pretty quiet according to the internet. So you may just want to search this up on eBay and see what results you get and I am really sure you will find one for new and ships to your country. :)

Hey again mate.

The monitor isn't a good choice if you will be playing fast pace games like FPS games. Why I say this? Well it has 5ms and most gamers prefer to have 1ms or a 2ms response time.

Here's a review or comparison between the two mouse. The people seem to convince me that the Razer Deathadder 2013 edition seems to be a better choice.

Not in my country,this is the only website.
I ordered the G400s and I think I made a good choice.
Now,I'm focused on the keyboard and headsets.
I found the Plantronics Gamecom 780 on ebay and I think I'm gonna order those(when I save enough money).I heard that they're pretty good gaming headset and have a great sound quality.
Also,from that link given,are there any silent keyboards? Or should I order my keyboard over ebay?

Well I am not familiar with the products on the website. Bit I don't blame you as not all countries will have everything you need. Anyways the best is ordering over eBay. Do you have a prefers domain on eBay or any sellers that ship to your country? :)

Well,not really.Any seller will do the job,as long as he sells to Montenegro.
I heard that the G400s is a really good mouse and that's why I ordered it.Now that I think about it,I should've ordered the Steelseries Rival or the DA 2013.But the G400s was cheaper than both,at $50,while these two are $70.
Do you have any experience with the Plantronics 780? I would really want those if they're good for gaming.
Keyboard should be somewhere in the $80-90 range.I also want a silent keyboard so my mom and dad would finally stop bothering me how my keyboard is loud. :p

I don't have any experience or have heard anything about Plantronics before. Sorry about that. However I will do some research on the Plantronics 780 and be back as soon as possible.

I will also look for one then, do you want a mechanical keyboard or backlit. Anyways it will be great if you can provide a seller that ships to Montenegro.

Yea,I was also looking at that one,but it's to expensive.
I have a monitor,it's a ViewSonic VA1931 LED.Really outdated.
It works great,but I would want to buy a new one in the future.
I found an ASUS VE247H in Serbia.How good is that one compared to this BenQ?

Both are equally good in my opinion and both are great brands as well. But maybe Asus is better.
