Does texture rate matter or no. of TMUs matter???

I'm buying a graphic card and I'm considering the gtx 650ti & 750ti...
I see that the texture rate of the 750ti is higher than the 650ti but the number of Texture Mapping Units are lower...I wanted to know which card is better with reference to Texture Mapping (using my common sense, I can make out that the texture rate matters...but I want someone who is more learned in these things than I am ( which most of you around here are :p) to confirm)
Also, the 650ti has a better shader performance...

In short, the only advantages of 650ti are no. of TMUs and shader performance. Are these worth getting the gtx 650ti??? And does texture mapping and shader performance have any role in gaming??

PS- I require the card for gaming (only FIFA 15).

BF4 is a pretty heavy game as far as texture loading goes. The 750 Ti outperforms the 650 Ti, but not by a huge margin. It is however, way more power efficient than the 650 Ti.

The 750 Ti is more efficient. The texture rate is faster, and despite being less TMUs, it has a higher clock speed to make up for the difference. Also, the 750 Ti typically will have more video RAM.

Honestly, go with the 750 Ti unless there's a huge price difference in just getting a 650 Ti. It's lower power, so it generates less heat, more efficient, and is very low profile depending on which one you get.
