hey guys it would be great f someone could help me as soon as possible , i am very knowledgeable about computers but this is my first time ever buying a computer that is pricy yet preforms well. which of these two is best?

Top one, although it feels like you're not getting all you paid for...

Try giving a look to ibuypower (US or Germany) or pcspecialist (UK or Europe). They allow you to customize your systems pretty nicely, especially the former of the two.
With them, you usually end up paying for what you actually expect out of your rig, and not for something less...

Plus, with Shadowplay, AMD GVR (beta) or OBS, getting a powerful gpu can produce a better performance in streaming/recording than a powerful cpu (which will mainly help if you plan on encoding videos and successively load them on YT)
